Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of quetiapine combined with sertraline in the treatment of adoles-cent depression.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,80 depressed adolescents were selected from the psychiatric department of Kunshan Mental Health Center.According to the random number table,they were divid-ed into control group and combined group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with sertraline,and the combined group was treated with quetiapine combined with sertraline.The clinical efficacy,depressive symptoms,sleep quality and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Quetiapine combined with sertraline is effective in the treatment of adolescent depression,which can effectively alleviate the depressive symptoms and sleep quality of patients without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
