Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of early enternal nutrition support on nutritional indexes and wound healing of patients with extensive burns.Methods:From January 2022 to March 2023,60 patients with exten-sive burn were selected from the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery,Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast U-niversity,and were divided into routine group and experimental group according to the order of admission time,with 30 patients in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was given early enternal nutrition support on the basis of the routine group.The nutritional index and wound healing index of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the serum total protein、albumin、prealbumin and transferrin in the ex-perimental group were higher than those in the routine group,P<0.05.The number of fibroblasts S phase and G2/M phase of fibroblasts in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,while the G1 phase of fibroblasts was lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early enternal nutrition support can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with extensive burns and promote their wound heal-ing.关键词
