冠脉介入治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者的效果及影响因素分析
Effect And Influencing Factors of Coronary Intervention in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with diabetes mellitus(DM)and its influencing factors.Methods:a total of 90 pa-tients with coronary heart disease and diabetes 2023 in Fengshun County People's Hospital from January to Novem-ber were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the study group was treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.The clinical efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups,and the specific factors influencing the effect of interventional therapy were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results:compared with the control group,the curative effect of the study group was better(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiac events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis,the older the age,the higher the heart function grade,the more the number of diseased vessels,the higher the blood sugar level,and the complication of hypertension were the risk factors influencing the short-term prognosis of the patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coro-nary heart disease and diabetes mellitus is significant,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events.Age,heart function grade,number of diseased vessels,blood glucose level and hypertension are the risk factors influencing the effect of interventional therapy,effective treatment of the above factors can improve the o-verall quality of life of patients.关键词
