Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of epidural block technique on labor analgesia and maternal and infant outcomes in primiparas.Methods:196 primiparas who gave birth in Shunde Women and Children Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 98 cases in each group.The control group was given routine epidural block for labor analgesia,while the study group was given epidural block for dural puncture.The analgesic effect、onset time of analgesia、de-gree of motor block、labor time、postpartum hemorrhage and Apgar score of newborn were compared between the two groups.Results:The onset time of analgesia in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the VAS score at different time points after administration was lower than that in the control group,the degree of motor block was better than that in the control group,and the time of the second stage of labor was shor-ter than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:DPE technology can quickly and effectively relieve the pain of primipara in labor,shorten the second stage of labor,and has light motor block,without increasing the postpar-tum hemorrhage and the risk of adverse neonatal outcomes.关键词
