Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of special nursing intervention on improving the effect of atomization inhala-tion in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:From March 2023 to March 2024,120 children with bronchopneu-monia who received aerosol inhalation treatment in Huai'an Eighty-two Hospital were randomly divided into control group 60 cases and given routine care.60 cases in the observation group were given special nursing intervention based on childlike interest.The treatment compliance,symptom improvement and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance of children in observation group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05.The improvement time of symptoms such as fever、cough、wheezing and shortness of breath in observation group was shorter than that in control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of family mem-bers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Children's interest-ori-ented special nursing intervention can improve the compliance of children with bronchial pneumonia treated by aerosol inhalation,accelerate the improvement of children's clinical symptoms,and enhance the nursing satisfaction of their families.关键词
