Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing measures on the health status and prognosis of children with sepsis.Methods:150 children with sepsis from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.75 cases in the control group were given routine care;75 cases in the observation group were given intensive care measures based on the control group..The clinical indicators、health status、inflammatory factors and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalisation time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.After care,the APACHE Ⅱ score was lower in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.After nursing,the serum CRP and IL-6 levels in both groups decreased,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Cluster nursing measures for children with sepsis can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve their health status and reduce the incidence of complications,which is conducive to improving the prognosis of children.关键词
