摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the improvement effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative atelec-tasis in elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Select 100 elderly patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2021 to March 2024,and divide them into two groups according to the difference in nursing Methods:the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group receives conventional nursing,while the observation group receives enhanced recovery nurs-ing.Compare the postoperative recovery effects,pain conditions,psychological states,and incidence of postoperative pul-monary atelectasis between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the recovery time for various postoperative indicators was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,the pain score in the observation group decreased more significant-ly,P<0.05.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of pulmonary atelectasis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve postoperative pain of elderly patients with gastric cancer,improve their psychological state,shorten postoperative recovery time and reduce the incidence of postoperative atelectasis.关键词
