Application of Automatic Inspection of Product Appearance Based on Machine Vision Technology
摘要
Abstract
This article discusses the application of machine vision technology in intellectual property rights protection,especially in the automated appearance inspection process.In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional manual inspection methods such as low efficiency and low automation and intelligence,a plastic bottle appearance inspection method based on machine vision was designed.This paper completed the selection of important hardware for the experimental system and built a basic experimental platform.The experimental platform includes a USB image acquisition module,a secondary and software control module.In order to improve the accuracy of the machine vision inspection system,the collected images are processed and finally the appearance defects of the products to be inspected are identified.关键词
