Abstract
In the new era,the integration process of traditional media and new media is accelerating,which brings great challenges to the career development of traditional media people,but also provides a new direction and ideas,combined with the trend of media convergence and market demand,the organization of self-transformation and innovation,try to connect with the new media era,which can not only promote their own efficient development,but also provide a good support for the transformation and reform of traditional media.Based on this,this paper takes the challenges faced by traditional media people as a foothold,in-depth analysis and study of traditional media people in the era of media convergence transformation initiatives.关键词
