透明质酸(HA)是一种非硫酸化糖胺聚糖大分子,是细胞外基质的主要成分之一.由于独特的分子结构及生物活性,HA的应用领域广泛,并已有超过 30 年的应用历史.HA及其衍生物的分子特性,包括不同分子量范围对细胞、保湿和抗衰老的作用不同以及CD44靶向性,使其成为组织工程、伤口愈合、癌症治疗、眼科和化妆品等领域的热门原料之一.近年来,HA及其衍生物在生物医学领域中发挥着越来越重要的作用.重点介绍了近年来功能化HA应用在伤口愈合材料、软骨修复材料、药物载体、眼科材料、癌症治疗和化妆品方面的研究进展,HA多功能涂层、靶向纳米粒子和可注射水凝胶创新材料在前沿生物医用方向展现出巨大的应用前景.

Hyaluronic acid(HA),a non-sulfated glycosaminoglycan macromolecule,is one of the main components of the extracellular matrix.Due to its unique molecular structure and biological activity,HA has been used in a wide range of applications for more than 30 years.The molecular properties of HA and its derivatives,including different cellular,moisturizing,and anti-aging effects of different molecular weight ranges,as well as CD44 targeting,make them a popular kind of raw materials for tissue engineering,wound healing,cancer therapy,ophthalmology,and cosmetics.In recent years,HA and its derivatives have played an increasingly important role in the biomedical field.This review focuses on recent studies on functionalized HA in wound healing materials,cartilage repair materials,drug carriers,ophthalmic materials,cancer treatment and cosmetics.Smart materials,such as HA multifunctional coatings,targeted nanoparticles,and injectable hydrogels,have shown great application prospects in cutting-edge biomedical fields.
