Abstract
Based on the unique mechanical properties of curved steel box girders,taken the lifting construction of double box single room curved steel box girder of the Z4 ramp bridge in the rapid transformation of Beiqing Road as the engineering background,this study investigates the impact of various complex factors on construction safety control during the segmented lifting process of curved steel box girders.A finite element model of lifting construction was established by Midas Civil.During lifting construction,the influence of six lifting point layout schemes on safety control parameters such as node displacement,suspension tension,and structural stress of the main beam of the curved steel box girder was analyzed under dual machine lifting conditions.The rationality of the lifting point layout scheme was evaluated.Various construction conditions such as segmented lifting,installation,and the most adverse effects of wind loads on steel box girders was analyzed to determine a reasonable lifting plan and ensure the safety of segmented lifting construction.This research result can provide some reference for similar engineering construction.关键词
