针对曲线钢箱梁较为特殊的力学性能,以北清路快速化改造Z4匝道桥双箱单室曲线钢箱梁吊装施工为工程背景,研究了曲线钢箱梁分段吊装施工过程中各种复杂因素对施工安全控制的影响.采用Midas Civil建立吊装施工有限元模型,分析了双机抬吊条件下6种吊点布置方案对曲线钢箱梁吊装施工中钢箱梁主梁节点位移、吊索拉力、主梁结构应力等安全性控制参数的影响,并评估了吊点布置方案的合理性.对钢箱梁分段吊装、架设、风荷载最不利影响等多种施工工况进行分析,从而确定合理的吊装方案,确保分段吊装施工的安全性.该研究成果可为类似工程施工提供一定的参考.

Based on the unique mechanical properties of curved steel box girders,taken the lifting construction of double box single room curved steel box girder of the Z4 ramp bridge in the rapid transformation of Beiqing Road as the engineering background,this study investigates the impact of various complex factors on construction safety control during the segmented lifting process of curved steel box girders.A finite element model of lifting construction was established by Midas Civil.During lifting construction,the influence of six lifting point layout schemes on safety control parameters such as node displacement,suspension tension,and structural stress of the main beam of the curved steel box girder was analyzed under dual machine lifting conditions.The rationality of the lifting point layout scheme was evaluated.Various construction conditions such as segmented lifting,installation,and the most adverse effects of wind loads on steel box girders was analyzed to determine a reasonable lifting plan and ensure the safety of segmented lifting construction.This research result can provide some reference for similar engineering construction.
