通过对我国华南地区高速公路拼宽改建段路面病害类型及形成原因的深入分析,选择了裂缝率、车辙深度和平整度指数作为拼宽改建段控制路面服务性能的设计指标,针对各指标建立了相应的分析和预测模型,提出了基于建养一体化的拼宽改建段路面设计指标;结合环境参数、交通量、材料参数、分析期等因素以及基于建养一体化的效益费用分析计算,形成了基于建养一体化的高速公路拼宽段路面设计方法及流程.采用该方法对广东省某高速公路改扩建项目的拼宽改建段路面结构进行设计,结果显示,通车3年后,路面技术状况较好,裂缝和车辙病害较少,表明该设计方法充分考虑了拼宽改建段路面性能需求,达到了建养一体化的设计目的.

The types and causes of pavement diseases in the highway widening reconstruction section in South China were in-depth analyzed in this paper.The crack rate,rut depth and roughness index were selected as the design in-dexes to control the pavement service performance.The corresponding analysis and prediction models were estab-lished for each index,and the pavement design indexes were proposed based on the integration of construction and maintenance.Combined with environmental parameters,traffic volume,material parameters,analysis period and other factors,as well as the benefit cost analysis and calculation based on the integration of construction and main-tenance,the design method and process of highway widening section pavement were formed.This method is applied to design the pavement structure of the widening and reconstruction section of a reconstruction and expansion high-way project in Guangdong Province.The results show that the technical condition of the pavement is better after three years in service,and the cracks and rutting diseases are less,which show that the design method fully considers the pavement performance requirements of the widening and reconstruction section,and achieves the design purpose of integration of construction and maintenance.
