树状空间网格钢结构的模块化建造全过程模拟
Whole Process Simulation of Modular Construction of Tree Space Grid Steel Structure
摘要
Abstract
The novel architectural modeling and harsh construction environment challenge the traditional construc-tion methods.Based on the tree space grid steel structure project,a scheme of modular construction is proposed,that is,the construction section of the structure is decomposed in advance,and then the structural construction section is stacked block by block and installed layer by layer with the help of keel support frame and cable.In order to verify the safety and feasibility of the scheme,with the aid of finite element analysis software,the static analysis of the structural construction section in the process of modular construction of the tree space grid steel structure was car-ried out,and the dual nonlinear stability analysis considering the initial geometric defects and material elastic-plas-tic was carried out for each construction section of the"tree trunk"and"reticulated shell"and the overall struc-ture,and the simulation results met the requirements of the specification.The results of static analysis and stability analysis show that the tree space grid steel structure is reasonable;and the scheme is safe and feasible.关键词
