渐进式运动处方在乳腺癌术后放疗患者中的应用效果研究
Effect of progressive exercise prescription in postoperative radiotherapy for patients with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of progressive exercise prescription in postoperative radiotherapy for patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 132 patients with breast cancer receiving postoperative radiotherapy from December 2022 to May 2023 were included by convenience sampling method.Sixty patients with postoperative radiotherapy in the first 3 months were selected as control group,and seventy-two patients with postoperative radiotherapy in the second 3 months were selected as intervention group.The control group was given conventional nursing measures of postoperative radiotherapy,and the intervention group received progressive exercise prescription on base of conventional nursing measures.After intervention,the rehabilitation exercise compliance rate,the incidence of upper limb lymphedema,and the range of motion of shoulder were compared between the two groups.Results:The rehabilitation exercise compliance rate and shoulder joint motion in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of upper limb lymphedema was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Progressive exercise prescription can effectively improve the rehabilitation exercise compliance and shoulder motion of patients with breast cancer receiving postoperative radiotherapy,and reduce the incidence of upper limb lymphedema.关键词
