基于生物信息学的角蛋白酶分析

Abstract
The structural properties of four microbial keratinases,namely Bacillus paramycoides,Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa,Bacillus licheniformis,and Bacillus subtilis,were predicted through bioinformatics analysis in our current study.The results showed that all enzymes had stability and hydrophilicity,and their secondary structural characteristics were similar,mainly composed of irregular curls β-folding and α-spiral composition.Signal peptide analysis revealed potential secretory protein features,among which Bacillus subtilis might secrete signal peptides.Moreover,Bacillus subtilis had the most phosphorylation sites.These results have thus provided an important foundation for further studying the degradation mechanism of keratinase and promoting its application.关键词
