数字经济发展水平的时空演化与收敛特征OA北大核心CHSSCDCSSCICSTPCD
Spatiotemporal Evolution and Convergence Characteristics of Digital Economy Development Level—With the Three Major Urban Agglomerations as an Example
发展数字经济,建设"数字中国"意义重大.文章利用改进熵权法测度京津冀、长三角、珠三角三大城市群的数字经济发展水平,并使用Dagum基尼系数、绝对β收敛模型、空间条件β收敛模型对其时空演化特征进行分析,研究结果表明:(1)三大城市群的数字经济发展水平普遍提升,京津冀的数字经济空间格局呈现单核心特征,长三角与珠三角的数字经济空间格局呈现多核心特征;(2)三大城市群数字经济发展差距"波动下降";(3)长三角的数字经济发展水平存在显著的绝对β收敛特征,京津冀的数字经济发展水平绝对β收敛特征不显著,珠三角的数字经济发展水平存在显著的绝对β发散特征;(4)创新能力显著抑制了三大城市群的数字经济发展水平收敛速度.
Developing digital economy and building a Digital China are of great significance.This paper uses the improved entropy weight method to measure the development level of digital economy in the three major urban agglomerations of Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta,and then analyzes its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics by using Dagum Gini coefficient,absolute β convergence model and spatial conditional β convergence model.The results go as be-low:(1)The development level of the digital economy in the three major urban agglomerations has generally improved,with the spatial pattern of the digital economy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showing a single core,and the spatial pattern of the dig-ital economy in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta showing a multi-core.(2)The digital economy development gap of the three major urban agglomerations has fluctuated down.(3)The development level of the digital economy in the Yangtze Riv-er Delta has a significant absolute β convergence,while that of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has no significant absolute β convergence,and that of the Pearl River Delta region has a significant absolute β divergence.(4)Innovation capability signifi-cantly inhibits the convergence speed of the development level of digital economy in the three major urban agglomerations.
