Evaluation Index System Construction and Measurement of Chinese People's Livelihood Development Level

Abstract
From the perspective of social quality theory,this paper constructs a people's livelihood development level evalu-ation index system that includes the dimensions of social security,economic security,social cohesion,social inclusion and social empowerment,then uses the entropy method to measure the level of people's livelihood development of 30 provinces in China from 2016 to 2020,and finally explores the evolution law of people's livelihood development level by using the Markov Transfer Probability Matrix.The results go as below:On the whole,the level of people's livelihood development in each province is not high.Except for the eastern region,the level of people's livelihood development in the central region,the western region and the northeastern region is not high,and the development level of people's livelihood in the provinces lacks stability and is fluctuating.Many provinces have a low or very low quality of people's livelihood development,and the level of people's livelihood develop-ment within the region shows a phenomenon of"separation".The level of people's livelihood development in the eastern region is always higher than that in the central region,the western region and the northeast region.The level of people's livelihood develop-ment in various provinces has the possibility of upgrading and downgrading.The spatial agglomeration of people's livelihood de-velopment level shows a circle diffusion distribution pattern of"center-periphery-periphery",and the spatial pattern of the devel-opment level of people's livelihood is cluster-like and sporadic.关键词
