Data Factor Linkage,Policy Empowerment,and Technological Innovation of Manufacturing Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Based on the sample of China's 9085 manufacturing enterprises in 2020,this paper examines the influencing mechanism and heterogeneity of technological innovation of China's manufacturing enterprises driven by the linkage of data fac-tors and policy empowerment.The results show that the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises has an innovation-driv-en effect and is further strengthened by industrial policies,and that the policy empowerment effect of deep digital transformation is more significant,which can effectively resist external shocks,showing economies of scale and regional imbalance.Mechanism analysis shows that digital transformation promotes technological innovation through the linkage mechanism of data factors across multiple business units,and that industrial policy enables digital innovation of manufacturing enterprises through resource supply and institutional coordination mechanism.关键词
