NOVEL CURVE-FITTING ALGORITHM OF SINGLE-DIODE MODEL OF PV MODULES

Abstract
In response to the characteristics of the nonlinear implicit transcendental equation in the single-diode model of PV modules,this paper proposes an improved curve fitting algorithm.By adjusting the solution form of the reverse saturation current of the diode in the model and applying the Gauss-Newton method for parameter iteration,the simulation accuracy and computational speed of the model are effectively enhanced.Through comparative analysis with classic example results,the advantages of the proposed algorithm in improving simulation accuracy and convergence are significantly verified,providing strong technical support for the design and performance evaluation of PV power generation systems.关键词
