Abstract
The development of maternal and child health is facing an important period of transformation opportunities,which puts forward new requirements for the work of talents in maternal and child health.To strengthen the party management personnel of maternal and child health,we must combine the current development goals of maternal and child health cause,follow the law of talent growth,focus on the bottleneck problems that may affect the high-quality development of maternal and child health,and follow the specific requirements of macro management,policy management,coordination management,services management,etc.Through improving the party's talent management system and mechanism,improving the talent development policy system,strengthening the coordination and linkage of various departments,providing personalized services for talents and other measures,to provide good services for talent officers to start businesses and realize value.关键词
