Research progress on the mechanism of prenatal maternal and paternal factors affecting children with autism spectrum disorder
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,research both at home and abroad about prenatal maternal factors on the pathogenesis of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)has made some progress,and it is believed ASD is the combination of genetic factors and environmental factors resulting in abnormal brain development.However,there are few researches on paternal factors,so it is particularly important to deeply understand the causal relationship and interaction between genetic factors and prenatal factors in the pathogenesis of ASD.This article reviews the research on the mechanism of the interaction between maternal and paternal factors and the environment on ASD at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for a comprehensive understanding of the disease.关键词
