Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle group training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on the occurrence of urinary retention in patients after cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with cervical cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Shunyi District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Beijing from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor muscle group training,and the observation group received pelvic floor muscle group training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation.The urodynamic parameters and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The detrusor muscle of bladder contraction force,urethra closure pressure,and bladder compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of pelvic floor muscle group training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in patients after cervical cancer surgery is better,which can help to improve the detrusor muscle of bladder contraction force,urethra closure pressure,and bladder compliance.关键词
