Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its impact on stress response. Methods A total of 200 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Wuhai Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into the control group and the study group using the random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy surgery, while the study group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy. The perioperative indicators, levels of inflammatory factors, stress response indicators, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The surgical time of the study group was longer than that of the control group, the time of getting out of bed for the first time after surgery, first postoperative anal exhaust, and hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-2,and interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol, and dopamine in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids is good, which can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and perioperative indicators, and reduce the risk of stress response and complications.关键词
