Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Goserelin combined with Levonorgestrel Releasing Intrauterine System on ovarian function and sex hormone levels in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 86 patients with adenomyosis admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital,East Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from September 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the group A(43 cases)and the group B(43 cases)by the random number table method.The group A was treated with Levonorgestrel Releasing Intrauterine System(LNG-IUS),and the group B was treated with Goserelin combined with LNG-IUS.The clinical efficacy,uterine volume,endometrial thickness,sex hormone level,menstrual volume,dysmenorrhea degree,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the group B was higher than that of the group A(P＜0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume of both groups decreased,and that in the group B was smaller than that in the group A(P＜0.05).The endometrial thickness in both groups decreased,and that in the group B was thinner than that in the group A(P＜0.05).The levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone,and progesterone in the group A were all reduced,but the levels of the group B were higher than those of the group A(P＜0.05).The scores of pictorial blood loss assessment chart and visual analogue scale in both groups decreased,and the scores of the group B were lower than those of the group A(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Goserelin combined with LNG-IUS in the treatment of adenomyosis is beneficial to improve the clinical efficiency,restore uterine shape and endometrial thickness,stabilize the level of sex hormone,reduce menstrual volume and dysmenorrhea degree,without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
