0.9％氯化钠鼻窦冲洗在儿童鼻窦炎急性发作治疗中的价值观察
Observation on the value of 0.9％sodium chloride sinus irrigation in the treatment of acute attacks of sinusitis in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the value of 0.9％sodium chloride sinus irrigation in the treatment of acute attacks of sinusitis in children.Methods A total of 200 children with acute sinusitis admitted to Meizhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group by the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,while the study group was supplemented with 0.9％sodium chloride sinus irrigation on the basis of control group.The sinusitis-related scores,clinical symptom relief time,antibiotic and glucocorticoid usage time,total incidence of adverse reactions,and total treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of nasal endoscopy,nasal symptoms,and quality of life in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical symptom remission time,antibiotic use time,and glucocorticoid use time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(1.0％)was lower than that in the control group(8.0％)(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the study group(95.0％)was higher than that in the control group(63.0％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion 0.9％sodium chloride sinus irrigation in assisted treatment of acute attacks of sinusitis in children can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of children,and the effect is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
