摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of pharmacist led pharmaceutical intervention model on antibiotic related diarrhea in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 110 children with pneumonia admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study samples.They were divided into reference group and experimental group according to the odd-even method.The reference group(n=55)received routine pharmaceutical services,while the experimental group(n=55)received pharmacist led pharmaceutical intervention model.The utilization rate of broad-spectrum antibiotics,the incidence of antibiotic related diarrhea,the duration of antibiotic application,and the detection rate of bacterial culture samples were compared between the two groups.Results The utilization rate of broad-spectrum antibiotics and the incidence of antibiotic related diarrhea in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the duration of antibiotic use was shorter than that in the control group,the detection rate of bacterial culture samples was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pharmacist led pharmaceutical intervention model in the treatment of children with pneumonia can reduce the incidence of antibiotic related diarrhea and standardize the use of antibiotics.
