Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of non-nutritive sucking combined with early micro feeding in preventing feeding intolerance and necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)in preterm infants.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,120 preterm infants born in the Department of Neonatology,Guilin Women's and Children's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(60 cases)received early micro feeding,and the observation group(60 cases)received non-nutritive sucking combined with early micro feeding.The feeding intolerance and incidence of NEC in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of vomiting,gastric retention,abdominal distension,and feeding volume＜10 ml/kg in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of NEC in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of non-nutritive sucking and early micro feeding can effectively reduce feeding intolerance and NEC incidence in premature infants,which is worth promoting.关键词
