Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors for Norovirus(NoV)infection in children in Changqing District.Methods A total of 62 children with NoV infection in Changqing District from October 2020 to September 2023 by the stratified sampling method were selected as the case group,and 62 healthy children who underwent physical examinations in Changqing District during the same period were selected as the control group.The basic data were collected,univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were conducted to identify the risk factors for NoV infection.Results The proportions of contact with diarrhea patients,no habit of washing hands before meals,frequent consumption of seafood,and separation of raw and cooked cutting boards in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The regression results of multivariate logistic analysis showed that contact with diarrhea patients,no pre meal hand washing habit,frequent consumption of seafood,and separation of raw and cooked plates were independent risk factors for NoV infection in children of Changqing District(P＜0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of NoV infection in children of Changqing District is related to factors such as contact history,hand hygiene,and eating habits.Corresponding preventive measures should be formulated.关键词
