Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in preventing postpartum depression in primiparas.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,86 primiparas in Shen County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given predictive nursing.The incidence of postpartum depression,emotional score,total satisfaction rate,and comfort score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum depression in the study group(9.30%)was lower than that in the control group(27.91%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and Edinburgh postnatal depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the study group(97.67%)was higher than that in the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the prevention of puerperal depression is significant,which can improve the emotional state of primiparas,reduce the incidence of postpartum depression,improve satisfaction and comfort,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
