Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in secondary diarrhea caused by pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with secondary diarrhea caused by pneumonia in Fever Clinic,Leling People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of hospitalization,fever remission,and diarrhea prevention in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing in secondary diarrhea caused by pneumonia in children is remarkable,which can shorten the time of hospitalization,promote the rehabilitation of children,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
