综合护理干预模式在小儿癫痫护理中的应用OA
Application of comprehensive nursing intervention model in the nursing of pediatric epilepsy
目的 探讨综合护理干预模式在小儿癫痫护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月兰陵县人民医院收治的80例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为对照组(40例,常规护理)与观察组(40例,综合护理干预模式).比较两组治疗依从性及疾病认知情况.结果 观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组家属的各项疾病认知评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 癫痫患儿采取综合护理干预模式可提高治疗依从性,提高家属对疾病的认知.
