Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention model in the nursing of pediatric epilepsy.Methods A total of 80 children with epilepsy admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(40 cases,received routine nursing)and the observation group(40 cases,received comprehensive nursing intervention model)according to the even and odd number method.The treatment compliance and disease cognition were compared between the two groups.Results The total rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the disease cognition scores of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention model for children with epilepsy can improve treatment compliance and family members'disease cognition.关键词
