Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of cluster nursing combined with inspiring health education in female patients with esophageal cancer undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 88 female patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cluster nursing combined with inspiring health education.The postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results The time of recovery of gastrointestinal function,drainage tube pulling out,getting out of bed for the first time,and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of cluster nursing combined with inspiring health education in female patients with esophageal cancer undergoing thoracoscopic surgery is significant,which can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the psychological status.关键词
