Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 84 children with pneumonia admitted to Mudan People's Hospital in Heze City from May 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group(42 cases,conventional nursing)and the experimental group(42 cases,refined nursing)using the random number table method.The quality of life,length of hospital stay,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of pediatric quality of life inventory in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The score of satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing has a positive impact on pediatric pneumonia and is worth applying.关键词
