Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in functional exercise of children after fracture surgery.Methods A total of 120 children after fracture surgery admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comfortable nursing.The compliance of functional exercise,degree of pain,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of functional exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the score of visual analogue scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The score of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in functional exercise of children after fracture surgery can effectively improve their compliance,alleviate postoperative pain,and improve quality of life.关键词
