Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of multiple linkage mode comprehensive nursing in female patients with depression.Methods A total of 60 female patients with depression admitted to Binzhou Youfu Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received multiple linkage mode comprehensive nursing.The medication compliance and social function scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total rate of medication compliance in the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 73.33％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 6 months of discharge,the score of social disability screening schedule in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of multiple linkage mode comprehensive nursing in female patients with depression is significant,which can improve patients'medication compliance and social function,help patients return to normal life as soon as possible,and is worth clinical promotion and use.关键词
