摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of participatory nursing model in female type 2 diabetes nursing.Methods A total of 116 female patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given participatory nursing model on the basis of the reference group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the scores of diet control,medical compliance,and exercise were higher than those of the reference group,and the nursing compliance was better than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Participatory nursing model in female patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the quality of life,ability of self management,and nursing compliance.关键词
