Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined operating room intervention in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly women with minimally invasive proximal femoral nail antirotation surgery.Methods A total of 98 elderly women patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.All patients were treated with minimally invasive proximal femoral nail antirotation surgery.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(49 cases,given routine operating room intervention)and the observation group(49 cases,given refined operating room intervention).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and total satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined operating room intervention in elderly women patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture surgery can improve satisfaction,shorten operation time and hospitalization time.关键词
