Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of hierarchy of needs theory guided nursing on self-efficacy,mental state,and self-care ability of female femtosecond laser cataract surgery patients.Methods A total of 80 female cataract patients who underwent femtosecond laser treatment in South District Operating Room,Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from July to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given the hierarchy of needs theory guided nursing.The scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and self-care ability,satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the GSES and self-care ability scores of the study group were higher,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group were lower(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchy of needs theory guided nursing in female femtosecond laser cataract surgery patients can improve self-efficacy,self-care ability,and mental state.关键词
