预见性护理在儿童纤维支气管镜检查中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in children's fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 160 children who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(80 cases,routine care)and observation group(80 cases,predictive nursing)by random number table method.The total incidence of complications and psychological status of family members of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with before check,the scores of anxiety and depression of family members of the two groups were lower after check,and the scores of anxiety and depression of family members of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in children's fiberoptic bronchoscopy can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the psychological status of family members.关键词
