Abstract
Obiective To explore the application effect of parent-nurse participatory communication mode in children's vaccination.Methods A total of 300 children who received vaccination in the Children's Health Rehabilitation Center,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received parent-nurse participatory communication mode on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The degree of vaccination cooperation,adverse reactions,parents'mastery of knowledge status,and parents'nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total cooperation rate of vaccination in the observation group was 98.67％,which was higher than 92.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00％,which was lower than 8.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of parents'mastery of knowledge in the observation group was 98.67％,which was higher than 90.67％in the control group(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 99.33％,which was higher than 93.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of parent-nurse participatory communication mode in pediatric vaccination can improve parents'mastery of knowledge status and nursing satisfaction,promote children to actively cooperate with vaccination,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
