Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of health education and psychological intervention in children with congenital megacolon undergoing radical operation.Methods A total of 80 children with congenital megacolon receiving radical surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=40,receiving routine nursing)and observation group(n=40,receiving health education and psychological intervention on the basis of control group)according to random number table method.Treatment compliance,total complication rate,length of hospitalization,anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Health education and psychological intervention in children with congenital megacolon undergoing radical operation can effectively improve compliance,reduce complications,and shorten hospital stay,which is worth popularizing.关键词
