Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing mode in patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 157 patients with breast cancer admitted to the Department of Oncology,Taian Tumor Prevention and Treatment Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and were divided into intervention group(75 cases)and control group(82 cases)according to different nursing programs.The intervention group adopted the high-quality nursing scheme,and the control group adopted the routine nursing scheme.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life score,and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the functional domain,symptom domain,and specific symptom scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing mode can improve psychological state,the quality of life,and patients'satisfaction after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.关键词
