Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing model in postoperative nursing of cesarean section.Methods A total of 180 parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing mode,while the observation group used ERAS nursing mode.The pain score,rehabilitation effects,complications,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The first exhaust time,the first time of getting out of bed,the time of first lactation,and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS in postoperative nursing of cesarean section patients can improve postoperative pain,enhance rehabilitation effects,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which has clinical application value.关键词
