CBL教学法联合教考分离模式在产科住院医师培训中的应用
Application of CBL teaching method combined with teaching-examination separation mode in the training of obstetrics residents

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with teaching-examination separation mode in the training of obstetrics residents(hereinafter referred to as"residency training").Methods A total of 47 gynecologists who participated in the second and third year of residency training in the Women's Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(23 cases)and the experimental group(24 cases)by random number table method.The control group was taught in traditional way,and the experimental group was taught in CBL combined with teaching-examination separation mode.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of patient reception and initial medical record writing,case analysis in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the results of basic theory and clinical operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rates of experimental group on stimulating learning interest,developing clinical thinking ability,and teaching effect were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing the teaching method of CBL combined with teaching-examination separation mode can improve the assessment results and teaching satisfaction.关键词
