Abstract
Objective To summarize the common types of errors in the venous allocation center of pediatric intravenous medicine,analyze the causes,and put forward countermeasures.Methods Retrospective analysis of the work of the Department of Pediatrics in Jiyang People's Hospital of Jinan from June to December 2022 was conducted to sort out the common types of errors in the venous allocation center of pediatric intravenous medicine.Results A total of 78 problems of various types were identified,including human factors(56 cases)such as missing medication,and material/method factors(22 cases)such as errors in checking.Conclusion Pediatrics,as a more important department in clinical practice,often suffers from misallocation of intravenous medicine due to its special work.The reasons can be summarized as human and material/method aspects.It is suggested that future clinical work should focus on the above two aspects,improve and optimize measures,and formulate strict and standardized working standards to reduce the risk of various errors,avoid adverse events,ensure the safety and reliability of clinical work.关键词
