Abstract
In the era of digital economy,the economic value of data elements is increasingly evident.In 2021,MIT Technology Review selected Data Trust as a"Top 10 breakthrough Technologies".The development of data trust is conducive to achieving a balance between data protection and data utilization,and is conducive to ensuring data privacy and security in data circulation and transactions.On the premise that data rights can be regarded as the subject of the trust,the data trust can delimit the rights boundary between the data subject and the data processor,and ensure the security of personal information by using the third-party supervision mechanism and the blockchain and privacy desensitization technology,so as to build a virtuous circle of personal infor-mation protection and data circulation and utilization.Therefore,the construction of Chinese-style data trust has both theoretical and practical significance.关键词
