摘要

Abstract

Since the 1980s,China has begun to build a number of large and medium-sized pumped storage power stations,and has accumulated rich engineering construction experience for different terrain and geological conditions.Recently,under the guidance of the dual carbon goals,the construction of pumped storage power stations has ushered in a period of rapid development.By summarizing the main engineering geological fac-tors which are focused on in the construction of pumped storage power stations,such as terrain conditions,leakage characteristics,underground cavern surrounding rock stability,and the use of natural building materials,the classification characteristics of each factor are discussed,and typ-ical cases are analyzed,which can provide a reference for the geological work of subsequent power station construction.
