ECG signal denoising method based on shift transformation with controllable error
针对心电信号在去除噪声时不可控误差引起的幅值和形态变形问题,提出一种基于误差可控的转换变换心电信号去噪方法.通过转换变换可以获取心电信号的低频分量和高频分量:通过对特征波形和高频噪声处设置不同的误差界可有效滤除高频噪声,并将特征波的重构误差控制在较小的范围内;对低频分量进行cubic插值可以获得更加光滑的基线漂移.从而可改善去噪引起的形态改变.在MIT-BIH数据库的心电图上进行实验,结果表明:提出的方法可以有效滤除基线漂移和高频噪声,同时特征波形的幅值和形状得到了很好的保持.与对比方法相比,去噪后心电信号的信噪比、均方根误差、归一化相关系数均得到改善.
In view of the amplitude and shape deformation caused by uncontrollable error in removing noise from electrocardiogram(ECG)signals,an ECG signal denoising method based on shift transformation with controllable error is presented.The low-frequency and high-frequency components of the ECG signals can be obtained by the shift transformation.By setting different error bounds on the characteristic waveform and high-frequency noise,the high-frequency noise can be filtered out effectively and the reconstruction error at the characteristic waveform can be kept within a small range.Smoother baseline drift can be obtained by implementing cubic interpolation for low-frequency components.On the basis of the above,the morphological changes caused by denoising can be improved.Experiments on the ECG of the database MIT-BIH show that the proposed method can remove baseline drift and high-frequency noise effectively,while maintaining the amplitude and shape of the characteristic waveform well.In comparison with the contrast methods,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),the root mean square error(RMSE)and the normalized correlation coefficient(NCC)of the ECG signals after denoising reach satisfactory values.
