摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of ringing in the turn-on and turn-off of switching tube of full-bridge inverter in wireless power transfer(WPT)system and large ripple in the energy transmission waveform,which lead to high temperature rise and unstable operation of the inverter,the circuit modeling analysis is carried out,and the performance optimization of full-bridge inverter is carried out.The driving circuit of the inverter switching tube is simplified,an RLC series resonant circuit model is established,and the influence of driving circuit structural parameters on inverter performance is analyzed,so that the optimization method is derived.The problem of large ripple in inverter is analyzed to provide the optimization method.In the end,A 300 W WPT system was built,and the correctness and effectiveness of the optimization method were verified by experiments.The inverter performance is improved,the temperature rise is controlled effectively,the system transfer efficiency is increased by 5.3%,and the overall efficiency can reach 89.3%.
