Design of a Frequency-varying Filtering Coupler Based on Defect-ground Structure
随着现代雷达系统的快速发展,微波器件也向一体化、高性能、小型化的方向发展.本文设计了一种基于缺陷地结构的频变滤波耦合器,通过调整滤波器相邻谐振器之间的电磁耦合参数,引入频变耦合从而在阻带产生可控的传输零点,实现了原本4个谐振腔才能实现的性能;通过缺陷地结构,减小器件传输损耗,从而达到了小型化、低损耗的设计目的.
With the rapid development of modern radar systems,the system components are also developing in the direction of high performance and miniaturization.At the same time,by adjusting the electromagnetic coupling parameters between the adjacent re-sonators of the filter,the frequency-variable coupling is introduced to produce a controllable transmission zero point in the stop band,which realizes the performance that can only be achieved by the original four resonators or a larger volume,and achieves the purpose of miniaturization and low loss.
